Volunteering and Karma Yoga

All the jobs in and around the Centre such as cleaning, maintenance and repairs indoors, cleaning and maintaining the gardens and land etc, are done by volunteers who offer their time and capabilities to our Lamas. The volunteers keep Lama Gangchen Rinpoche, the holder of the lineage, in the depth of their hearts and work with joy. In this way, work becomes a great purification (Karma Yoga, or Action Yoga).
